How fast is the OMR software delivered in India?

While the OMR software has to be downloaded from the Addmen software, you cannot start using it until you have the software dongle. You would receive this in 2-4 days after we receive the order as well as payment. This is the ideal time taken for the product to reach anywhere in India, as the software is shipped using Speed Post.

However, if your requirement is urgent, we have a solution for you. In this case, we would send you a Softkey license by mail, with which you can activate the software. You can use this till the software dongle reaches you.

How long does it take to deliver the software outside India?

Clients outside India can get the software in two ways: one is the USB dongle based license and the other is the softkey based license. In case of the former, the dongle and CD are shipped through DHL and would take more than 4-5 days for the client to receive it. We dispatch the product as soon as we receive payment for it in our bank account.

In case of the softkey based license, you do not have to wait for so many days. You can download the software from our website and we would send you the softkey license via email. You can easily activate it on your own.

How can one pay for the software?

We provide several options for our customers to pay for the OMR software. Take a look at them:

• Those who have an SBI debit or credit card can transfer the money into the Addmen account using SBI ATM anywhere in the country.
• If you have a credit or debit card by VISA, you can transfer the money through your phone using PayNimo.
• You can use regular modes of money transfer if you are not in a hurry to receive the software dongle. Cash, check and DD are quite fast and safe ways of transferring money. If you want to deliver through a faster means, use RTGS or NEFT.
• Overseas customers can pay using PayPal as well as SWIFT. As SWIFT asks for lot of documents for transferring the money, not everyone would be able to use it. Due to this, PayPal is a better option.

How to install the OMR software? How much time and space would it take?

The process of installing the OMR software is quite easy. This can be downloaded from the Addmen website in a zipped form. This is available in a single file setup which is run with just a click. Once this is done, it will take a minute for the software to install into your system. Moreover, the software does not require more than 20 MBs of disk space in your system.
